SG Rewards Terms and Conditions

Adding SG Rewards to your service is easy, because your 4-week free trial automatically begins when you join us as an SG employee. Along with your SG onboarding information, you’ll receive an email from SG Rewards with all the information you need to start benefitting immediately, including the login details and app download. Ongoing support is also available should you need it. If you don’t want to take advantage of the free trial, then no worries! Your account will only be activated upon you logging in.

Once your 4-week free trial period has ended £5 per week will then be added to your margin. One of the SG team will be in touch before this time, to let you know the free trial is coming to an end. There’s no tie-in period, so if you don’t like it, just let us know – we just need a week to off-board you.

The 4-week free trial is only available to new SG Umbrella employees, and £5 per week will only be added to your margin once you have received your first payment. You will not be charged for any weeks of SG Rewards between your free trial ending and the date you receive your first payment.
