SG Umbrella proud to be a finalist at The Contracting Awards 2026
We’re so pleased to announce that SG Umbrella was named a finalist for Best Umbrella Company at The Contracting Awards 2026.
Whilst we didn’t take home the award this year, being named a finalist alongside the best in the contracting industry is something our whole team is extremely proud of.
Being recognised reflects the hard work that goes into providing our employees and recruitment agency partners with a reliable, compliant and personal umbrella service every day.
Recognised as one of the UK’s top Umbrella Companies
The Contracting Awards celebrate excellence across the UK contracting industry, so being shortlisted in the Best Umbrella Company category is a fantastic achievement.
It reinforces what we work hard to achieve every day, that umbrella employment should be straightforward. Our employees need to know that their pay is being handled correctly, that compliance is taken seriously and that there’s a real person available at the end of a phoneline when they need help.
What being a finalist means to the SG Umbrella team
SG Umbrella is run by a team of experienced contractor accountants and provides a PAYE umbrella service built around the needs of contractors. We’re proud to be FCSA accredited, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance.
But SG’s great service goes far beyond processes and accreditation. The relationships we build with our employees and partners are what matter most, and of being there to offer straightforward, friendly support when they need us.
A huge thank you from team SG Umbrella
Being named a Best Umbrella Company finalist at The Contracting Awards 2026 wouldn’t be possible without the amazing people behind SG Umbrella. A huge thank you goes to our team for the knowledge, care and commitment they bring to SG every day.
We’d also like to thank our contractors, employees and recruitment agency partners for continuing to put their trust in us. Your support, feedback and relationships help us continually improve what we do.
