Survey completion prize draw – terms and conditions

In order to be entered into our prize draw survey, you must have:

• completed your name and email address details on the survey form
• answered ‘yes’ to the question ‘Do you want to be entered into a free prize draw to win a £250 Amazon voucher?’
• completed the survey within 2 weeks of receiving it

You will be entered into the draw following your survey completion, and one winner will be selected at random on Wednesday 30^th November 2022. The winner will then be contacted via email, and the voucher will be sent via email within one week of the draw.
